Maintenance Info

Please place all maintenance requests through the tenant portal. For all maintenance requests, please include photos in your request of the maintenance issue to best assist you. For emergency maintenance requests (water leaks, fire, or gas leaks, etc.), please call 336-823-6209, during business hours (8am-5pm CST, Monday-Friday). If it is outside of business hours, call our off hours maintenance line 888-483-2119.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Release of Key

I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
