What fees do you charge for leasing and ongoing property management?

How do you coordinate maintenance/repairs? Can I use my own vendors?
We handle all maintenance requests for your property, coordinating estimates and repairs with trusted local vendors. We prioritize cost-efficiency by contracting licensed and insured professionals for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. We maintain a database of reliable vendors for miscellaneous repairs, but we're also happy to work with your preferred vendors, provided they meet our requirements. -
How do you handle evictions?
We team up with local attorneys to handle evictions for property possession and tenant removal. If you have a property with an existing tenant requiring eviction upon onboarding, we manage the process for an additional fee. In instances where we place a tenant and face rental arrears or lease breaches, we handle tenant removal at no extra eviction coordination fee. -
